- Security Deposit $300 ($200 non-refundable)
- Private Room: $700 per summer
- Shared Room: $550 per summer
- Payment due 4/28/24
Fall '24 Semester & Spring '25 Semester
- Term: August 13 - May 4, 2025
- Security Deposit $300 ($200 is non-refundable)
- Private Room A: $2600 per semester
- Private Rooms B & C: $2650 per semester
- 1st Payment due 8/1/24
- 2nd Payment Due 1/1/25
**All prices are based upon a contract for the full 2024-2025 academic school year.
**Early Move-In $50 per day. If there is availability, check with our manager.
Additional Tenant charges:
$40.00 Application fee per applicant 18 or older (non-refundable)
$99.00 Lease Initiation Fee (one-time fee collected at move-in)
**Landlord reserves the right to place other approved residents in your room if it is a shared room and you do not have a roommate and other approved residents in your unit if there are unfilled rooms. Landlord also reserves the right to have residents change to different units as necessary.
