Our screening process balances fairness and risk management for Utah property owners. We verify income (typically 3× rent), review rental history, and conduct credit and background screenings. Nestwell uses a third-party scoring system instead of a traditional FICO score for consistency and fairness. Applicants who fall slightly short of criteria may still qualify through conditional approval, such as a higher deposit or co-signer.
